As a lead-up to an attempt at breaking the world record for the Largest Bicycle Parade in June of this year, a group of cycling enthusiasts, including We Are Many (WAM), most of the city's bike shops, and a new cycling advocacy group, will host a giant winter cycling event on February 7th entitled the Ice Cycle. Participating bike shops are contributing hugely discounted studded tires and free installation.
